From our manufacturing base in China, we supply products directly to over 100 countries world-wide through a simple and well-organised supply-chain.

Using state-of-the-art MRP systems, carefully planned production schedules ensure that stock is tightly controlled throughout the group ensuring consistency of supply, whilst ensuring efficient manufacturing volumes are maintained.

The hub of IAGs after-sales, is based in Huntingdon, England, only a few hundred yards from the site of the original Quad factory.

Regular visits to our manufacturing facility in China allow not only a thorough understanding of the processes involved in the manufacture of our latest products, they also close the feedback loop, returning information about the effectiveness of our products in the marketplace, constantly looking for ways to improve our service to our customers.

IAG's team of full-time engineers average over twenty years experience each, servicing IAG products. Awarded 'best-in-the-industry' they not only maintain equipment from the UK and Europe, they maintain a busy schedule training our distributors and new subsidiaries in the skills required to rebuild and repair all our products, current and old.

Their experience encapsulates products from the 1930s to the very latest electronics and loudspeakers. They provide a diagnostic role, acting as a pool of knowledge for all of our customers and International distributors; always just a phone call or e-mail away.
