MARKETING DEPARTMENT
Our marketing department is organised into teams covering each division. Internal communication channels increase effectiveness with the promotion of information sharing, which helps develop our already strong position in the marketplace.
Product management and development is tightly integrated with marketing, a process that ensures successful products with high demand are introduced into the marketplace at the right time. All marketing materials including user manuals, brochures and adverts are produced in-house by our expert teams. Generation of all content from text to photograph is performed in house and finalized by our team of graphic designers, in addition our website content is created by our marketing executives and maintained by a dedicated IT support team.
Comprehensive demonstration facilities are used to train our customers and are an excellent tool to increase product knowledge throughout the supply chain.
Tradeshows and exhibitions are an important part of the modern marketing process.IAG are proud to have representation at all of the relevant major tradeshows associated with our divisions and brands. Our marketing teams managedesign and implementation during each stage of the preparation process with constant feedback and support from the sales department.
SALES DEPARTMENT
Our international sales department has teams covering each division and brand, with regions covered by specialists with extensive knowledge in local trade. Sales staffs are highly experienced in logistics, and are experts in their respective sectors and regions.
The administrative duties of the sales departments are undertaken by an individual sales agent ensuring reliability and accountability. A distributors main point of contact in the sales department provides a support chain from enquiry and order to after sales. This total ownership of the sales process allows our sales teams to work closer with our customers and gain better understanding of their business Needs.
Regular sales meetings are held both at the IAG headquarters and at our distributors offices, to help us work together to increase business levels and maximize profitability for all parties. The sales team look after our clients at the IAG Country Club during customer visits, and are always on hand to help out with distributor and dealer incentives.
The sales teams work closely with marketing to ensure that customers receive all of the support that they require to successfully trade IAG products effectively in their sales territory.
